Young Researcher Grants for CalcConf3

As anticipated, we are pleased to offer financial support to young researchers attending CalcConf3. Below, you will find the details regarding eligibility, funding amounts, selection criteria, and key deadlines.

Eligibility PhD candidates and postdoctoral researchers who are authors or co-authors of accepted contributions to CalcConf3 are invited to apply.

Funding Amounts Grants will be awarded as coverage for accommodation and breakfast in a double room at a partner hotel near the conference venue, for the entire duration of the conference (4 nights)

Selection Criteria Applications will be evaluated based on:

• Scientific quality of the contribution
• Balanced representation across countries, with attention to underrepresented countries
• Balanced representation of gender

Grants will be awarded based on the selection criteria, and will be assigned until exhaustion of the fund.

Key Deadlines

• 28 February 2025: Notification of accepted contributions

• 11 March 2025: Notification of grant decisions
  
  
• 14 March 2025: Deadline for registration
